By scheduling a birthday greeting or gift through Never Forgotten Birthdays, you represent and warrant that:

You have a personal relationship with the recipient.

The recipient has provided their phone number to you voluntarily.

The recipient would reasonably expect to receive a birthday greeting or gift from
you. -
You are authorized to provide the recipient’s phone number for the sole purpose
of delivering the requested gift or greeting.
You agree not to use the platform for:

Marketing campaigns

Bulk messaging
-
Lead generation
-
Cold outreach
- Any unsolicited commercial messaging
Never Forgotten Birthdays sends only one message per scheduled gift unless the recipient affirmatively opts in to additional communication.
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
SMS Data Usage
Phone numbers provided for gift delivery are used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested birthday greeting or gift.
We do not:

Sell phone numbers
