2. Services Provided

  • Electronic gift cards (selected by the recipient)

  • Handpicked gifts and party essentials

  • Scheduled delivery for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions

  • Reminder notifications for scheduled deliveries

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate recipient details (email, name, etc.).

  • You are responsible for ensuring the content of your message complies with applicable laws and does not contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.

  • Scheduled deliveries depend on correct date and time inputs—we are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments for gift cards, eCards, and additional services are processed securely.

  • Refunds may be issued for undelivered or defective services, subject to review.

  • Gift cards and third-party products are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Scheduling & Delivery

  • Scheduled deliveries are automated but depend on email deliverability (we are not responsible for bounced emails).

  • You will receive a confirmation when your card/gift is sent.

  • Changes to scheduled deliveries must be made at least [X] hours before the send time.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (designs, logos, templates) on Never Forgot Birthday is owned by us and protected by copyright.

  • User-generated content (personalized videos/messages) remains your responsibility.
